ACC seeks extra time to respond to Florida State’s NC Supreme Court petition

The Atlantic Coast Conference is asking for an extra 20 days to respond to Florida State University’s petition to North Carolina’s highest court. FSU wants the court to block state court proceedings in a "$700 million" legal dispute over the cost of leaving the ACC.
