Federal judge finalizes order striking down NC abortion pill restrictions

A federal judge finalized her ruling this week against some of North Carolina’s restrictions on access to an abortion pill called mifepristone. The judgment and permanent injunction issued Monday confirmed a ruling US District Judge Catherine Eagles initially announced in April.

Law could restore limited driving privileges for certain DWI offenders
