State Supreme Court temporarily blocks order against NCSU in Poe Hall dispute

The state Supreme Court granted North Carolina State University a temporary stay Thursday in a legal fight tied to the shutdown of Poe Hall. The high court blocked an Appeals Court order that would have allowed outside investigators into the building that closed last November.
